It's being built in Harlem USA. They don't have any signs up yet but if your nosie you can see the floor plan of the spot. I'm still not sure if that's it or not but I can't think of anyplace else on 125th they would be building it at. And I suspect that the article is correct because they place is BARE there is construction going on now at a location on 125th right a few steps away from the A train that I suspect is the Hip-Hop Soda shop.
