Upscale Apt needed for film shoot:

I am a graduate student filmmaker from NYU that is shooting a movie in
various areas of Harlem from July 6-10. I am seeking a location for a
scene that takes place in the main character’s apartment. The main
character is a real estate mogul and thus has money and good taste and
his apartment reflects this.

We would only need the place for a single day during the July 6-11
window. We can shoot whenever is most convenient for you. We are
willing to compensate and we have NYU insurance. We promise to leave
the place in the condition that we found it and do a thorough
cleaning. We would of course acknowledge you in the credits and it
could be arranged that you make a cameo appearance. The film will air
on cable when it is completed. The movie has been compared to “Crash”
in that it forces people to confront stereotypes.
